Terms of Service

Last updated 23 September 2026

These are the terms you agree to when you use this website, buy the ReplaStats plugin, or subscribe to the hosted service. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

ReplaStats is a product of Tradiant, a company registered in Georgia. Contact: hello@replastats.com.

2. What we sell

Two things, which work together and can be bought separately.

The plugin. A WordPress plugin that puts your statistics inside wp-admin. You buy it once, for $29, and you own it. There is no subscription on it and it does not expire.

The hosted service. We run the analytics server that the plugin reads from: we install it, keep it updated, back it up nightly and keep it running. Billed monthly.

The analytics engine underneath is Umami, which is free open-source software under the MIT licence. You could run it yourself for nothing, and the plugin will happily talk to your own server if you do. What you pay us for is the running of it, and somebody to ask when it breaks.

3. Paying for it

Tradiant is the seller and appears as such on your receipt. Checkout runs on our own ReplaPay installation. You may pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — processed by Stripe — and the one-off plugin licence may also be paid in bitcoin. Monthly plans are card only, because a crypto payment cannot be collected on a schedule.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any tax due in your country; where we are obliged to charge VAT or sales tax, it is shown before you pay. A monthly plan renews each month until you cancel.

If we change a price, you keep the old one for at least 60 days and we tell you by email first.

4. No traffic limits, and what fair use means

Plans are limited by how many websites you track, never by how much traffic they get. We do not meter pageviews, there are no overage charges, and we will never send you a bill you did not agree to.

Fair use is the one caveat. If a single account uses so much of the server that it degrades the service for everybody else, we will contact you and suggest a plan that fits. That is a conversation before anything changes — never a charge afterwards.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel any month. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. Email us and it is done the same day; you keep the service until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a month you have already started.

When you cancel you move to the Free plan. Your account stays open and your statistics stay readable — we do not delete your history to push you into paying again.

6. Your data

The visitor data we collect for your websites is yours. We hold it for you, we do not use it for anything else, and we will never sell it or hand it to an advertiser.

Each plan keeps a rolling window of history — three months on Free, up to five years on Agency. Anything older is deleted automatically each night. That window is the promise, not a limitation: the Privacy Policy sets out the detail.

If you move to a smaller plan we keep your old window for a further thirty days so you have time to export. You can ask for an export at any time, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.

7. The plugin licence

The plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public Licence, version 2 or later, which is what WordPress requires of any plugin. Your $29 buys the build, the updates and our support — not permission to run the code, which the GPL already gives you.

You may install it on as many of your own sites as you like. Please do not resell it as your own.

8. What we ask of you

  • Tell your visitors you measure them, where the law where you operate requires it.
  • Do not switch on session replay for pages that show personal, medical or financial information.
  • Do not share one account across separate businesses. Each customer gets their own account, and that separation is what keeps your data away from everybody else’s.
  • Do not try to reach another customer’s data, or to break the service.

If you do any of these we may suspend the account. We will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right, unless the problem is serious.

9. Keeping it running

We aim to keep the service up all the time, and we take a backup of the database every night. We do not offer a formal uptime guarantee or service credits — we are not going to promise a number we cannot hold ourselves to. If there is a serious outage we will say so plainly rather than hide it.

We may take the service down briefly for maintenance. Where we can plan it, we tell you first.

10. Our responsibility

ReplaStats is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, what we owe you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost business or consequences that follow from lost analytics data.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here takes away any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

11. Ending it

You can stop at any time. We may end an account for a serious breach of section 8, or with 30 days’ notice if we discontinue the service — in which case we will help you export everything and refund any time you have paid for and not used.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email customers rather than quietly updating the page.

13. Which law applies

This agreement is governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law of the country you live in.

14. The whole agreement

These terms, together with your invoice, are the whole agreement between us.
